If you decide to move forward with us we can provide new numbers or if you wish to keep your existing phone numbers, we’ll ask you to complete a Letter of Authority to enable us to Port your numbers over to our network and a brief questionnaire to confirm user contact details, groups and departments so that we can start gathering information for your phone system setup.
Finally when preparing to go live we will coordinate with any key stakeholders, IT resources and previous suppliers to arrange a smooth transfer of your internet connectivity and phone systems from the start and be available to support you throughout.
